General Information
- The online store Eyjagjof.is is operated by Olena Hubska ( kennitala: 100190-4439) Individual entrepreneur located at (Kirkjuvegur 64, Vestmannaeyjar).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect price information, out-of-stock products, or other issues.
- We may stop offering certain product types without prior notice.
Payments
- You can pay with all debit or credit cards via Rapyd, Pei and Netgiro.
- All payment information is processed securely.
Product Prices & Shipping Costs
- All prices include 24% VAT, but shipping costs are added before payment.
Delivery & Shipping
- Processing time: 1-3 business days.
- Shipped via Iceland Post and Latvian Post.
- Products made in Latvia: Sent via Latvian Post, delivery time 8-15 days.
- Important: Shipping may be delayed during bank holidays.
Defective Products & Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:
• The item is in its original, unused condition.
• The item is in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
To request a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@eyjagjof.is to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
• Shipping Costs – Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• Original Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
• Customized or personalized items
• Items that have been used or damaged
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iceland.
